Ally Shields

Ally Shields (pen name of JL Buck) loves to read mysteries, fantasy, historicals, and the paranormal. After a career in law/juvenile justice, she published her first urban fantasy/paranormal mystery in 2012. Three series and a sequel trilogy followed. She is currently working on a Regency historical mystery (no paranormals have shown up yet!). Shields lives in the US Midwest, loves to travel and visit her grandchildren.
